Viable Vision’s partners have been involved with the creation and development of Theory of Constraints since its inception in the early 1980’s. Our partners have collaborated closely with Eli Goldratt for more than 25 years and we are one of the leading TOC implementation companies in the world. Our partners lead teams of highly experienced implementers and have a long track record of proven results. We maintain offices in Illinois and Connecticut. |

Robert Fox (Founding Partner)- Mr. Fox is a founder of The Goldratt Institute, The TOC Center, Inc and Viable Vision LLC. He earned an MS in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon and a BS in Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. His has extensive industrial and consulting experience and has served as Vice President of Booz & Co. and President of Tyndale, Inc. He authored The Race and The Theory of Constraints Journal. In honor of his 50 years of contribution to organizational improvement, the Fox Award was established to honor organizations and individuals who have demonstrated excellence. Steven Covey, Peter Senge and Joel Barker have been recipients of individual lifetime Fox Awards.

Kevin Fox (Managing Partner)- Kevin oversees Viable Vision’s business operations. He first became exposed to the Theory of Constraints in 1985 when he began working with Eli Goldratt and Robert Fox. He has been a central figure in the development and application of TOC in manufacturing, project management, retail supply chains and strategy. Kevin has worked closely with more than 80 clients in North America, Europe and Australia. He was previously the head of North American operations for Goldratt Consulting and holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University.

Ken Pasterczyk (Partner)- Ken joined Viable Vision in 1998 after having championed a very successful TOC implementation at RJ Reynolds. Ken’s current role is to lead client projects in project management, manufacturing, and supply chain. He has been responsible for leading some of the largest, most complex implementations, particularly for our project oriented clients. His previous work experience includes numerous leadership positions in manufacturing and finance at Reynolds and Ford. Ken holds undergraduate and MBA degrees from the University of South Carolina.

Chris Zarecki (Partner)- Like Ken, Chris joined Viable Vision after serving as the internal TOC champion of his company, First Solar. At First Solar Chris served as the Director of Operations and directly supervised the TOC initiatives in Production, Product Development, and New Plant Design and Construction. The incredible success of these initiatives led him to join Viable Vision in 2004, where he now spends the majority of his time leading client implementation projects. Chris holds a degree in Physics from the University of Toledo.
