Managers who become convinced of the value and benefits of TOC often encounter difficulties in getting the attention and buy-in of Senior executives. Even when they are able to get their ear they often fall into the trap of focusing on the details of why and how TOC works rather than highlighting the financial benefits (the real language of senior executives). Since most executives don’t have the time to delve into how different approaches can improve their businesses, there is great tendency to be risk-adverse and adopt the most publicized ones. It feels safer to follow a well trod path regardless of where it takes you.

We recognize the value of senior executive’s time and the difficulty of persuading them to investigate some new approach. To overcome this obstacle we’ve designed a simple two step process for executives to evaluate the potential impact of our approach on their business.

· A fifteen minute webinar session with a Senior executive.

· A fuller explanation for the executive and others in a half  

  day on site meeting.  

We typically expect tangible results to be apparent within two to three months. Early gains avoid the overused excuse of  "management just doesn’t have enough patience" to explain why past improvement efforts didn’t succeed.
