Smaller/ Emerging Companies

First Solar- This producer of solar panels worked with Viable Vision during the three years 

prior to its IPO applying TOC in manufacturing, product development, new plant design,  construction and business strategy. First Solar grew from $20 million in sales and significant operating losses to sales of $500 million and $150 million in profits. Even in today’s depressed economy it’s market cap exceeds $11 billion.

Huron Tool- This privately-held tool making business was struggling when it hired Viable Vision to grow sales and help it diversify away from the slumping automotive market. In just over a year the company has grown sales more than 50% and gone from losing money to earning a 20% return on sales.

Established Public Companies

Novartis- We worked with the three production plants of the Animal Health Division of this pharmaceutical giant over 18 months. Throughput increased more than 50% without material changes in operating expenses or investment, resulting in dramatic increases in profits and market share.

Kroger- Kroger asked us to work with their 40+ plant Manufacturing group to improve output. After successful trials in 4 plants TOC was rolled out to all operations resulting in a 20% overall improvement in plant output in the first year, with virtually no added expense or investment.

Project Organizations

Pfizer- Early successes with Viable Vision in project/portfolio management led the pharmaceutical giant to work with us across an array of project applications. A new plant validation and scale-up was completed six months ahead of plan. Clinical Pharmacy project durations were reduced 60% while project output increased 40%. The time for a Plant upgrade was dramatically slashed from six months to six weeks. New process development times were cut 30% while simultaneously on-time completion increased to over 95%.

Eircom- The Irish telecomm company employed us to reduce project cycle time for its infrastructure projects. Cycle times dropped from from 70 to 30 days and on-time completion increased from 75% to over 98%.
